YIWU H&G 2011 on stage
The 12th China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Hosiery, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing Machinery (YIWU H&G 2011) opened yesterday through November 25 at Yiwu International Expo Center, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Sewing Machinery & Equipment is concurrently held.
The three-day exhibition gathers 150 quality enterprises of knitting and garment machinery and accessories industry from 11 countries and regions on the exhibition area of 9,000sq m and the organizers expect that more than 8,500 professional buyers will be attracted to the exhibition.
There are also around 10 delegation groups from local and overseas coming to visit and source at the exhibition, including Taiwan Hosiery Manufacturers’ Association, Zhuji Hosiery Association, Zhuji Garment Industry Association, Hanning Hosiery Industry Association, Xiangshan Knitting Industry Association, Pujiang County Knitting, Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, Gushan Underwear Industry Association, MengNa Hosiery, Manzi Zhejiang Knitting and so on.
Among them, Taiwan Hosiery Manufacturers’ Association organizes more than 30 delegates to visit the show for the first time while near 50 delegates are coming from Zhuji Hosiery Association and around 30 delegates from Hanning Hosiery Industry Association. Moreover, Yiwu Thread & Braiding Industry Association, Yiwu Lace Industry Association, Zhejiang Sewing Crafts Association have also urged their members to visit. Renowned enterprises including Langsha Group, Shengfeng Group, Zhejiang Zhenhan Socks, Manzi Hosiery, Fenli Group, Yarun Socks, Yi Ting Knitting, Huinongsi Knitting, China Bonas Group, Jiangsu AB Group and so on have confirmed to visit and source onsite.
“Under China’s 12th Five-year Plan, the textile industry will put more effort in quality enhancement and will transform from rapid to efficient development,” said Yang Shibin, Chairman of China Knitting Industrial Association, stressing the importance of upgrading and transformation.
A number of leading and renowned enterprises are exhibiting at YIWU H&G 2011, including Lonati, Santoni, Da Kong, Cixing, Runyuan, Aurora, Cesare Colosio, Aotu, Jakob Mueller, Shanghai Yin, Han bon, Rubberflex, Dongguan Kyang Yhe, Cubotex, Heliot, Baliso, Xinya, Rifa, SunMyung, Jogao, Shuishan, Hengtong, New Jack, Topcut-Bullmer, Oshima, Yamato, Ina, Ming Jang, Yamacom, Richang / Jintao and so on.
This year, a leading organization in the textile industry, Tanboocel Industry Federation, and renowned brands in China, Meng Na Hosiery and Zhejiang Yiting Knitting Co Ltd, are joining hands to launch yjr “Tanboocel Bamboo Fiber Display Zone” and “Hosiery & Knitting Collections Display Zone”. Through the display of raw materiald, semi-finished products and finished products of new fibers, functional cotton socks, silk stockings, seamless underwear, warp-knitted cloth and so on, and the mix of dynamic fashion shows, technology and innovation of equipment are well demonstrated.
Since its debut in 2000, YIWU H&G has been known as the top professional exhibition specializing in knitting technology, especially on hosiery and seamless underwear machineries. It was also awarded as one of the top ten exhibitions in Zhejiang Province in 2007 and 2009.
